What is most healing happens within relationships ...

 We are all in Relationship.

  At home . . .
  At work . . .
  In social/romantic situations . . .
  With ourselves . . .

Relationships are opportunities for personal growth and transformation.

When we are able to embrace them as such, relationships become rich, rewarding associations of powerful healing and learning. We can build a more clear sense of who we are, who we want to be, and gain access to the inner power to create what we want in our lives. In many intimate relationships there is a powerful potential for healing which lies dormant. It can be hidden beneath miscommunication, projection, old pain, blaming, and disappointment. In our work together we can address these issues and bring about the shifts necessary to engage in a connected, loving and passionate partnership. You can build the relationship you want whether this is with another person, or with yourself.

Therapy offers a supportive environment in which you can take the risks necessary for personal growth. I can offer you a process and tools for managing whatever arises in our exploration and will help enable you to come to terms with whatever you find both within yourself and within your relationships.
